Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and other items required to complete the renovation of the pool and HVAC systems at Building 132 of the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center in North Chicago, Illinois, under Project #556-24-122. The project mandates complete replacement and modernization of the pool plumbing and associated systems to bring the facility into compliance with current codes and the Architectural Barriers Act (ABA), including accessibility upgrades to staff and patient locker rooms. The existing elevated platform-mounted AHU will be demolished and replaced with a new exterior pad-mounted unit.
