Duplicate SR made at request of NFFE PDC for USNH Yokosuka Alteration Project. Parent SR is 20029682. Project will repair/replace various systems (1) Steam and water utility line (2) Electrical replacement (3) HVAC replacement (4) Pathology lab renovation (4) Nurse notification system replacement. Consolidation Project completion date FY24; Status Note (as of 16-FEB-21): BLUF: OFF plan. waiting for funds (1) DATE: 2/17/2021 (2) CURRENT STATUS: Waiting for funds (3) NEXT MILESTONE: Scope development, study, phasing. (4) RISKS TO MILESTONES: Without funds project will not be started. DHA needs to agree to funding this project.
