1) Customer Desired Completion Date: FY25 3) Fund Source: CNIC Fund 4) When will be fund available (If Customer Fund): FY25 5) Work Priority: Urgent, Command Interest, Pri-3 1. Scope of Work: Execute major renovation at the interior and the exterior of the YSK-4300. a) Exterior Renovation a-1) External walls of the building shall be re-applied with paint. a-1-1) Surface preparation for paint application with repairing hairline cracking shall be executed. a-1-2) Gaps in the soffit of eave shall be filled in. a-1-3) Soffit of eaves, downspouts and wooden racks or shelves shall be also re-applied with paint. a-2) All 20 dome lights that have been placed on the rooftop shall be replaced with new ones. a-2-1) Rainwater leak from the dome light of the training room shall be repaired. a-3) Glazing of external doors and external windows of all classrooms shall be replaced with new ones. a-3-1) Replacement glazing shall be meet tint and humidity requirements. a-4) Outside playground area shall be realigned to suit current usage. a-4-1) Perimeter fences and gates of the outside playground area shall be replaced with new ones. a-4-2) Shock absorbing material which covers the outside playground area shall be replaced with a new one. b) Interior Renovation b-1) Internal walls of all classrooms shall be re-applied with paint. b-1-1) Surface preparation for paint application with repairing holes in the walls shall be executed. b-1-2) All interior doors and doorframes shall be re-applied with paint. b-2) Ceiling board of all classrooms shall be replaced with a new one. b-3) Floor covering of all ...
