In accordance with the procedures specified in the revised OMB Circular A-76 (Attachment B, B.1), dated May 29,2003, this notification represents the formal public announcement of the results of the streamlined studies of the mechanical maintenance services function performed in the following locations in the General Services Administration (GSA), Public Building Service (PBS), Mid-Atlantic Region: Government personnel consisting of 4 commercial activity FTEs represent the incumbent service provider located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Government personnel consisting of 4 commercial activity FTEs represent the incumbent service provider located in Huntington, West Virginia, Government personnel consisting of 2 commercial activity FTEs represent the incumbent service provider located in Scranton/Wilkesbarre, Pennsylvania. On May 27, 2004, the performance decision resulting from the Study was to perform the work through commercial sources. A solicitation or other contractual action, to perform this function through commercial sources, shall be forthcoming. PBS provides for the Federal Government's real property needs by leasing, building and maintaining Federal office space. Government personnel consisting of 4 commercial activity FTEs represent the incumbent service provider located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Government personnel consisting of 4 commercial activity FTEs represent the incumbent service provider located in Huntington, West Virginia. Government personnel consisting of 2 commercial activity FTEs represent the incumbent service provider located in Scranton/Wilkesbarre, Pennsylvania.
