PROJECT SUMMARY: The Russell Research Center (8-story facility plus basement and sub-basement) was built in 1968. Under a phased-approach modernization program, all restroom facilities require renovation to meet ADA compliance standards. The project includes the total renovation and modernization of 26 restrooms. The work will be broken out into three (3) phases (east wing/west wing) to facilitate continual restroom facility access on each floor. The project will also include the installation of a new fire pump. Sitework includes, but is not limited to the following disciplines: structural, architectural, civil, environmental, plumbing, fire protection, mechanical and electrical.
