CLIN 0001: The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary. The intent of the project is to design and construct a solution for the deteriorated HVAC system and the water intrusion at the Building 30 Auditorium. The solution shall include and not limited to demolition of existing HVAC system and installation of Air handling(AHU), fans, HVAC control system, Chilled water distribution system, AHU structural supports and pads, Air distribution(Sheet metal duct work and supply/return diffusers, Variable volume boxes, volume dampers, shut off dampers), reflective ceiling, light fixtures, electrical system, variables frequency drives, motor starters, HVAC testing adjusting and balancing and HVAC commissioning, permanent dewatering system and sound mitigation to comply with the noise criteria NC30 and RC 35. CLIN 0002: Demolition: Disconnect and dispose of the twenty (20) compress air automatic retractable hose reels, cap and abandon compress air lines. New Construction: Supply and install ten (10) the air hose reels manual retractable stations to the south wall of the hangar bay at an ergonomically acceptable height. Replace pressure regulator, pressure gauges, shut-off valves and all necessary fittings.
