This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for F1W3Q47219001A. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19. The 3rd Contracting Squadron intends to issue a full and open procurement action. The associated NAICS code is 424810 with a 100 employee size standard. This RFQ contains 1 line item. The line item description is as follows: Line Item 0001; Quantity: One (1) each, Replace failing beer draught system as per attached statement work to include equipment, labor, and freight. Place of performance shall be at The Kashim Club, building # on Elmendorf AFB, AK. A site visit shall be held on Friday 9 November 2007 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. All additional questions shall be answered at that time.
