Z--Bio-Retention

The Beckley VAMC, Beckley, WV is seeking the services of a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for work which includes, but is not limited to providing all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and supervision to install approximately 130 cubic yards of bio retention due to storm water runoff from several existing parking lot. Work requires demo and remove/relocate existing soil, rock, vegetation, etc and install approximately 130 cubic yards of bio retention to include drainage pipe, Rip Rap, pee gravel, #57 stone, bio retention plants and other material required to complete this project. All work will be in accordance with professionally developed drawings and specifications. Contractor is responsible for obtaining all required permits and to notify the Beckley Sanitary Board prior to start of work. Visitors and staff will be in close proximity to all of the installation areas. Contractor shall have the ability to provide stringent safety precautions for patients and staff. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238910 with a small business size standard of $14M. All work shall be completed within 180 calendar days after date of receipt of notice to proceed. This includes final inspection and clean-up. The estimated dollar amount of this procurement is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Solicitation will be posted on/about 21 February 2012.
