(Lake Mead NRA). Authority: NPS is issuing this synopsis in accordance with FAR Part 5.204 Pre-Solicitation Notice. Description: NPS requires services from a contractor with the experience and technical capability to provide demolition services for Lake Mead NRA. All associated materials, labor, equipment and incidentals necessary to properly demolish and remove all structures, above ground utilities appurtenances, landscaping and debris from the site as defined the specification shall be included. Place of Performance: Boulder Beach Lodge, Clark Count, Boulder City, NV 89005 (LAKE Mead NRA). Competitive Acquisition: It is anticipated that this will be a competitive acquisition set-aside for small business participation. Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract. Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance is 120 days from the notice to proceed (NTP) date.
