Full Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number/keyword is W911S214T3019. The successful Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and material in connection with the cleanup of Hexavalent Chromium (VI) dust contamination from welding stainless steel or nonferrous from welding stainless steel or nonferrous chromium alloys in rooms 6, 7, 8, 9, closet, men's bathroom, ladies bathroom and the supply duct and return air duct to include inside the Air Handler Unit (AHU) feeding this area in building 2050 on Fort Drum, New York in accordance with the specifications and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The contract type shall be quote mark Firm Fixed Price quote mark . This procurement is one hundred percent set-aside for Small Business concerns. As prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004, interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) under the NAICS 562910, representations and certifications must also be on record. Both of these registrations can be done through the System for Award Management (SAM) for free at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. SAM must be completed at the time of quote.
