Scope of Work:
The Work consists of Replacing the Existing Roofs at
1. HQ-34A/B Combined Duplex Roof (2,442 SF)
2. HQ-35A/B Combined Duplex Roof (2,442 SF)
3. HQ-36A/B Combined Duplex Roof (2,442 SF)
4. HQ-10 Single-Family Residence (3,342 SF)
5. HQ-37 Common Laundry Building (220 SF)
The purpose of this project is the in-kind replacement and restoration of approximately 10,888 square feet of corrugated metal, to include replacement of plywood, fascia and soffit as needed.
The proposed work will include inspection and documentation of existing roof component conditions; removal of existing corrugated metal roof; removal of defective sheathing; installation of new sheathing; installation of new roofing underlayment; in-kind (match as closely as possible to the original appearance) replacement of roof and associated work.

The acquisition is subject to the North American industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 236220 with a size standard of $45M. this acquisition will be handled as an IFB prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subparts 14 and 36. This project will be solicited as 100% small business set-aside. A single firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated.
