The Final RFP for this requirement has been posted to fbo.gov as of this date, 3 June 2008. The Final RFP is numbered HE1280-08-R-0006 and is entitled "Germany Schools Maintenance Program" and is posted as a combined synopsis/solicitation separate from this Draft RFP posting.
