ID-DWORSHAK NFH GATE TO SECURE DRIVE ACC The upcoming solicitation will be a small business set-aside. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) - Contracting and General Services (CGS) Region 1, located at 911 NE 11th Avenue; Portland, OR 97232, intends to issue a Request For Proposal for a firm-fixed price non-commercial items construction contract for replacement of drive through gate at Dworshak National Fish Hathcery, Orofino, ID 83544. The magnitude of this construction project is Less than $25,000.00. The performance period will be approximately 3-4 months. The NAICS code is 238290 and the small business size standard of $16.5 million. The basis of award will utilize the best value continuum -- lowest price technically acceptable source selection process in accordance with FAR subpart 15.101-2 to result in an award to the responsible offeror pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. The technical/non-price evaluation factors are anticipated to be technically acceptable as per the SOW. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about March 3, 2020, with an anticipated proposal due date approximately 10 days after. Award is expected to be made within one week of the proposal due date. The performance period of the resulting contract will be from issuance of the Notice to Proceed through the number of days specified in the solicitation (Anticipated 10 days).
