Z--Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Construction Contract for Herbert Hoover Dike Reach 1, Seepage Cut-Off Wall, Martin and Palm Beach Counties, Florida

The Government intends to issue a solicitation from which up to three (3) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts will be awarded, provided sufficient qualified contractors present offers. The Government reserves the right to award less than three (3) contracts based upon its discretion. Each IDIQ contract will be for a period of one year from date of award, with options to extend four additional one-year periods, not to exceed a total of five years. Scope of work is expected to va ry for each order. The statement of work (SOW) shall be provided with each individual Task Order Request for Proposal. Task Orders may include, but not limited to: construction of a cut-off wall within Herbert Hoover Dike, Reach 1, and restoration of the dike and its features to prior grades and conditions. There is approximately 22 plus miles of cutoff wall with depths from 50 to 80 feet. The work is in Martin and Palm Beach Counties. Magnitude of construction is between $100,000,000.00 and $250,000,0 00.00. This solicitation will be issued on or after 03 April 2007 with proposals due on or after 03 May 2007.
