This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to identify U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Certified HUBZone small business firms capable of providing all labor, material, equipment transportation and supervision required to dredge the boat basin at USCG Station Marblehead, Marblehead, OH. Work will include sediment and rock removal and will be phased as follows (1) Removal of Loose Material (2) Removal of Bedrock. Base contract will include 1070 CY sediment and loose material removal and 475 CY rock removal. Unit Bid Items will be based on 650 CY overdredge allowance for sediment and loose material and 405 CY overdepth allowance for rock removal. The NAICS for this project is 237990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $17.0M. NOTE for NAICS code 237990 - Dredging: To be considered small for purposes of Government procurement, a firm must perform at least 40 percent of the volume dredged with its own equipment or equipment owned by another small dredging concern.
