NA PROJECT TITLE: Oakland Inner & Outer and Richmond Inner Harbors, Maintenance Dredging, Alameda, San Francisco and Contra Costa Counties, California. This procurement is Unrestricted. JOB DESCRIPTION: The work consists of maintenance dredging of Oakla nd Inner and Outer harbors and Richmond Inner Harbor of approximately 650,000 cubic yards of material to provide a project depth of minus 42 feet MLLW and minus 38 feet MLLW respectively, plus 1 foot allowable overdepth, and disposing of the dredged materi als in the designated Government-furnished deep ocean disposal site area at SF-DODS. This is a construction contract for a base year and two option years. NAICS CODE: This procurement will be conducted under NAICS 237990. The size standard for this NAI CS code is $17.0 Million. Large businesses competing for this project must comply with the FAR 52.219-9 clause regarding the requirement for a Subcontracting Plan on the part of the work it intends to subcontract. The recommended goals for subcontracting are 57.2% for Small Business, 8.9% for Small disadvantaged business, 8.1% for Women-Owned Small Business, 3.0% for HUBZone Small Business, and 3.0% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.
