Z111: Maintenance, Repair, or Alteration of Real Property The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Highwoods Realty Limited Partnership, 2635 Century Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia 30345 for the remodeling of office space in accordance with the agreed upon terms and conditions of Highwoods Realty Limited lease agreement. The proposed purchase order is to remodel building space for which the Government intends to solicit only with Highwoods Realty Limited Partnership under test program described in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.5 and under authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been justified, certified and approved for Highwoods Realty Limited Partnership.
