The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement for the Entrance Road and Parking Rehabilitation at Culebra National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) CULEBRA Puerto Rico. This requirement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The resulting award will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract, with selection made using a best value trade-off evaluation method. This requirement is set aside for Total Small Business concerns.
