R17PS00953 PXAO Building Waterproofing for Phoenix Area Office, Glendale, AZ NAICS:238390 Other Building Finishing Contractors PCS:Z1AA Maintenance of Office Buildings The Bureau of Reclamation, Phoenix Area Office, has a requirement to waterproof the building's exterior masonry walls, patios, and storefronts along the patios. This solicitation is 100% Small Business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this project is 238390 Other Building Finishing Contractors which has a Small Business Size Standard of $15.0 Million. This requirement will be solicited and awarded using the method outlined in FAR Part 14 - Sealed Bidding. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price construction contract. There will be a formal public bid opening. In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects this project is (c) between $100,000 and $250,000. Bid Bond, Payment and Performance Bonds are required. The period of performance for this project is 42 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Award will be made in September 2017 timeframe. A pre-bid site visit will be scheduled for all interested parties. Site visit information (e.g. date, time, location) will be provided with the solicitation. The solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be available only through Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) (www.fedbizopps.gov) website. The extent of the work will be described in the solicitation when it is posted on or about July 25, 2017. All bid forms, bid bonds, and other normal documents required for the bid submittal, including amendments to the bid submittal, shall be in paper medium.
