Full Description

REQUIREMENTS CONTRACT - SANDBLAST/WEATHERPROOF VARIOUS FACILITIES, VARIOUS LOCATIONS, OKINAWA, JAPAN. The work shall consist of providing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and transportation and performing all work necessary to sandblast/weatherproof various facilities in various locations in Okinawa, Japan. The scope of work includes wall, eave, fascia, overhang, building numbers, window/door and frame, garbage enclosure wall, exterior storage shed, fire hydrant, fence, tanks, roof stack, vent, A/C units, decorative block, CMU enclosure, retaining walls, planter boxes, swimming pool/pool deck, other supporting facilities and all work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with the contract specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. AWARDS CAN ONLY BE MADE TO FIRMS LICENSED AND AUTHORIZED TO PERFORM IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS ARE INVITED TO DOWNLOAD INFORMATION CONCERNING THIS PROJECT. The magnitude of the estimate for this construction project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The US Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
