SYNOPSIS - JPRA Underground PVC Repair, F45613-03-R-B011 Estimated Request for Proposal Issue Date: 23 June 2003. Estimated Proposal Closing Date: 8 July 2003. This will be an electronic solicitation release. No hard copies will be mailed. Solicitation, amendments and other miscellaneous documents will be posted to FedBizOpps (http://www.eps.gov). It is the responsibility of each offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to current information. The subject acquisition is for an underground heating and air conditioning PVC pipe repair on White Bluff property of Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington. Work includes, but not limited to excavating, locating and replacing damaged PVC encased steel pipe, backfilling and replacing asphalt. The contractor will be required to furnish all materials, equipment and personnel necessary to manage and accomplish the project. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is section 2371, Utility System Construction. NAICS size standard is $28.5 million. The performance period will be 60 days. This acquisition is set aside for Small Business concerns. The construction magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000.
