Z--Wind Cave National Park Replace Boundary Fence US Highway 385

The contract is for the replacement of approximately 5,340 linear feet of existing boundary fence along US Highway 385 at Wind Cave National Park, approximately four miles north of Hot Springs, South Dakota, with a new fence constructed in accordance with detailed project drawings and specifications. The work is structured as a firm fixed price, sealed bid solicitation issued as a total small business set-aside under FAR 19.5, and the contractor must provide a lump sum bid for the base scope and two optional extensions, each adding 45 calendar days to the performance period, with a potential maximum duration of 210 days.
