DESCRIPTION: Solicitation Number FA8601-07-R-0044:The scope consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, appliances, devices and materials, and performing all operations necessary in connection with Project 980637 Demolish WWII Warehouse, Facility 10281 including removals and miscellaneous work as herein specified and as shown on the project drawings and described in the specifications. The work will also include associated architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and miscellaneous work as shown on the project drawings and described in the specifications. NAICS Code 238910 Size Standard $13.0 Million. The overall estimated price range is between $1M and $5M. Period of Performance is 220 days. This is a RESTRICTED procurement for 8(a) Small Business Concerns certified in Region V. This is in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program Act of 1988, Public Law 100-656 (15 U.S.C. 644 note).
