THIS IS 100% SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
Project Description: Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and qualified supervision as necessary to
perform work as described in the Drawings and Specifications for Project 658-23-108 Correct Storm Water Drainage at the
Salem VA Medical Center (VAMC) located in Salem, Virginia 24153.
This contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part -14 - Sealed Bidding
In accordance with established public law, all bidders are required to be registered and current in System for Award
Management (SAM) at the time of award. The Official websiteof the U.S. Government at www.sam.gov.
IAW VAAR 852.219-75 (a)(1)(iii) - Special Trade construction contractor and SDVOSB is required to perform 25% of the
