This notice is for market research purposes to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of interested Small Businesses. Responses to this Sources Sought may shape the acquisition strategy in developing a competitive requirement. Veterans Health Administration, Regional Procurement Office West, Network Contracting Office 20, is conducting market research for the renovation of the Community Living Center (CLC) east wing and courtyard, Building 12, at the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center in Spokane, Washington. This project renovates 7730 sf of space in the east wing, 1st floor of Building 12 to modernize the space. Some work will have to be performed in the adjacent north wing to connect HVAC systems and other building infrastructure. It also renovates the courtyard space created by a recent addition of a treatment wing. The purpose of this project is to upgrade CLC to current VA standards. Facility condition deficiencies associated with renovated areas will be addressed as well. See the attached Statement of Work (SOW), 100% Design Specifications and Drawings. The estimated magnitude for this project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The Small Business Size Standard is $45 million. Sources are highly encouraged to respond to this notice. After review of the responses to this notice, and if the Government still plans to proceed with this project, a separate pre-solicitation announcement will be published on www.SAM.gov.
