All activities must adhere to specific Colville Indian Reservation Tribal Law and Order Codes regarding cultural resources, forest practices, water quality, hydraulic practices, fire management, and industrial safety, as well as 43 CFR 10.4 for inadvertent discoveries. This is an Indian Preference set-aside under the Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO), requiring a minimum of 51 percent of seasonal or project-based employees to be of Indian preference origin. Award will be granted to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder who demonstrates technical experience in stream crossings, road cross drainage, and bank stabilization. Bidders must submit a comprehensive packet by October 29, 2026, including a signed bid sheet for the entire project, a detailed work plan with equipment and schedules, TERO certification, a debarment form, and proof of liability insurance of at least 1,000,000 dollars.
