Description: This Contract was for a Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, project management, and specialized expertise required to perform the renovation of approximately 10,200 square feet of the Catheterization Lab located on the second floor of the East Wing at the Fresno VA Medical Center. Work includes relocation of existing ultrasound and fluoroscopy equipment to the renovated imaging suite; reconfiguration of radiology rooms, ultrasound rooms, patient restroom, staff work areas, communications and electrical rooms; construction of a new ultrasound room; and full Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing work for all new and renovated spaces, including new finishes and the removal and installation of walls, floors, ceilings, lighting, power, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
