Sealed Proposals for Zimmerman Streambank Restoration will be received online via the PennBid Program by Clay Township, Lancaster County until 11:00 a.m. prevailing time on January 19, 2024. At that time, proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Township Engineer’s Office, Hanover Engineering Associates, Inc., 1438 W Main Street Suite E, Ephrata, PA 17522-1364. The Work will include, but will not necessarily be limited to, providing all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and testing services for the Zimmerman Streambank Restoration as further described in the Contract Documents. A pre-bid conference will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the Clay Township office, 870 Durlach Road, Stevens, PA 17578 on January 11, 2024. All prospective Bidders are encouraged to attend. Final questions are due no later than 12:00 p.m. on January 15, 2024. A final addendum will be issued by 12:00 p.m. on January 16, 2024.
