ZINC OXIDE OINTMENT

The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting 5 tubes of Zinc Oxide Ointment, USP, 1 oz (28.4 gm), 20% zinc oxide, in collapsible tubes, identified by NSN 6505-00-150-1990, under solicitation SPE2DP-26-T-4279. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) by August 3, 2026, with delivery required within 20 calendar days of award to the designated location in Bossier City, Louisiana. The ointment must meet USP specifications and comply with DLA Packaging Requirements for Procurement (RP001) and ASTM D3951, with all packaging and labeling following MIL-STD-129 for marking, shipment, and storage. Items must be stored at controlled room temperature not exceeding 30°C and carry a non-extendable 36-month shelf life identified as TYPE I (CODE Q).
