The Delaware Air National Guard intends to award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to the ZOLL Medical Corporation at 269 Mill RD, Chelmsford, Massachusetts 01824-4105, United States for remote calibration systems software [RCS software].
