Solicitation # N69450SP7777-Metasys
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Southeast is conducting a market survey for the Fiscal Year 2027 P7777 ACC SARP Replacement project at NAS Jacksonville, Florida. The government is seeking to identify potential sources capable of providing a building automation control system with performance equal to the Johnson Controls Metasys system. Key technical requirements include scalability for seamless connection of field controllers to supervisory servers, open integration supporting industry standards like BACnet, encrypted communications with multi-factor authentication, and a centralized interface dashboard for security risk management. Crucially, the system must provide seamless connectivity to the existing Metasys system currently serving the main hospital in Building 2080. This is a sources-sought notice for market research purposes and does not constitute a request for proposals or a binding contract. Interested respondents must submit detailed technical data, a completed company information attachment including CAGE and NAICS codes, and bonding capacity details to the designated points of contact by October 30, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET. Submissions are limited to five one-sided pages and must exclude company brochures. The government is evaluating a wide range of business sizes, including various small business categories and large businesses, to determine if alternative products can meet these specific operational and integration requirements.

Milwaukee County is seeking informal virtual discussions with suppliers experienced in providing parking access and revenue control systems (PARCS) that can be integrated with existing point-of-sale software. The purpose of these discussions is to gather information on potential costs, system requirements, and implementation considerations, rather than to solicit formal proposals or award a contract. Each session will be conducted individually via Microsoft Teams, lasting approximately one hour, and participation is entirely voluntary with no obligation or impact on future contracting opportunities. The County emphasizes that this process is not a competitive bidding event, will not result in a contract, and does not involve scoring or evaluation of responses. Suppliers are not required to prepare formal responses, and no compensation will be provided for sharing information. The solicitation, titled "Zoo PARCS" with the number RFI-2025-002, was posted on September 13, 2025, with a response deadline of September 26, 2025. The project is managed under the NAICS code 334512, relating to automatic environmental control systems, and is part of Milwaukee County’s efforts to explore parking and revenue control solutions within a budget range of $500,000 to $2,000,000. Interested suppliers can contact Lael MacLellan via email for further details or to schedule a discussion. Additional information about the opportunity is available through the County’s online portal.

Full Description

The County wants to hear from suppliers who have experience providing parking access and revenue control systems (“PARCS”). The County plans to schedule virtual strategy discussions with interested Suppliers with experience providing PARCS solutions that can be integrated into an established point-of-sale system/software. We’re looking for ideas and information that can help us understand costs and requirements to purchase and install a PARCS system. The County is NOT requesting a formal written response to these questions or topics (as is common in most traditional RFIs). All information will be collected via the informal discussion held virtually by Microsoft Teams. Discussions which will be performed on a 1-on-1 basis between each Supplier and the County (not as a group meeting). The County anticipates spending about 1-hour on each call. An RFI is not a competitive bidding process, and it won’t result in a contract. Participating won’t give you an advantage in future contracts, and there’s no penalty if you decide not to respond. The County won’t score or critique any responses, and we won’t pay for any information submitted. Participation in this process is completely optional.
