Caleb Swank

Caleb Swank serves as a Cyber Security Information Officer, a role focused on the strategic oversight and management of cybersecurity information and data integrity. Within the agency's procurement mission, this position is integral to ensuring that technical requirements and security protocols are integrated into the acquisition lifecycle. The role involves supporting the procurement of specialized cybersecurity solutions, information systems, and technical services necessary to protect the agency's digital infrastructure and information assets. The agency's procurement patterns show a total absence of set-aside preferences, with 100% of its contracting activity categorized under no set-aside designations. This indicates that the agency's current acquisition strategy focuses on full and open competition rather than specific socioeconomic categories such as 8(a), HUBZone, or SDVOSB programs.
