Chuck David Flores

Chuck David Flores is involved in procurement activities focused on infrastructure and utility construction. He manages acquisitions that support the agency's mission through the procurement of specialized technical services and construction projects. The agency demonstrates a strong commitment to small business participation, with a significant preference for HUBZone set-asides, which account for a majority of their procurement activity. A smaller portion of their acquisitions are conducted without specific set-aside restrictions. His procurement focus is evenly split across three primary technical domains: electrical contracting and wiring installation, highway, street, and bridge construction, and the construction of power and communication line and related structures. This indicates a specialization in heavy civil engineering and utility infrastructure projects.
