Dwayne Betik

Dwayne Betik serves as the Director of Technology, a technical leadership role responsible for overseeing the agency's technological infrastructure and digital strategy. In this capacity, he plays a critical role in the agency's procurement mission by ensuring that technical requirements are accurately defined and aligned with organizational objectives. His role involves the strategic oversight of acquisitions related to information technology, systems integration, and technical service implementations. The agency's procurement landscape currently shows a lack of specific contractor award data, making it difficult to identify the primary vendors active within the office. Regarding socioeconomic contracting patterns, the agency demonstrates a preference for full and open competition, with 100% of its procurement activity categorized under no set-aside preferences. This indicates a contracting environment that does not currently prioritize specific small business designations such as 8(a), HUBZone, or SDVOSB in its recorded award patterns.
