Synopses of Proposed P00006

The Millennium Challenge Corporation is issuing Contract Modification 95332419C0007-P00006 to Norda Stelo Inc, located in Quebec, Canada, on a non-competitive basis. This modification covers Option Year 4 for Niger Infrastructure Consulting Services, with a period of performance running from August 21, 2023, through August 20, 2024. The action is authorized under the Niger Compact Period of Performance Extension approved by the MCC Board of Directors and is categorized under NAICS code 541611. The extension is necessitated by significant implementation delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, including travel restrictions and health protocols. These disruptions specifically hindered procurement processes, design studies, and the construction of critical road and irrigation infrastructure projects. This modification ensures the continued provision of essential consulting services to overcome these challenges and complete the objectives of the Niger Compact.
