NOTICE TO INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE TO GLOBAL-LG LLC

The Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) has issued solicitation N66001-26-Q-6313 for a noncompetitive, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Global-LG LLC. Additionally, the contract requires comprehensive software upgrades for various Datcom ingesters and processing tools, as well as one year of METMF software support for two systems. The procurement falls under NAICS code 811210 and requires compliance with FAR Part 23 regarding sustainable acquisitions and material safety. Deliverables are expected by December 12, 2026, with a delivery location in San Diego, California. Evaluation for award will be based on the item, price, and supply risk, with a requirement that all technical specifications be met to avoid being deemed non-responsive. The solicitation incorporates various FAR and DFARS provisions, including cybersecurity standards such as NIST SP 800-171 Rev 1 and requirements for safeguarding covered defense information. Quotes were due by September 18, 2026, via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) portal.
