The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is soliciting firm fixed price quotes for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract to provide temporary lodging for participants in the Service Chief's Program, including military officers, government civilians, and post-doctoral Academic Fellows. The required lodging must be located within one-quarter mile of DARPA's facility at 675 N. Randolph St. in Arlington, Virginia, and within one-quarter mile of a Metro station. The contract period of performance is twelve months from the effective date, with four one-year options to extend. This requirement is a 100 percent small-business set-aside under NAICS code 721110. Quotes must be submitted in three separate volumes covering technical capabilities, past performance, and pricing. The technical evaluation includes a mandatory facility walk-through for qualified quoters to review amenities and maintenance records. Past performance requires up to three references or Contractor Performance Assessment Reports from the previous three years for similar corporate housing contracts. Following Amendment No. 2, the closing time for proposal submissions was revised to 11:59 PM EST on March 17, 2016. The government will award the contract based on a best value trade-off evaluation of technical merit, past performance, and price.

The period of performance spans sixteen months, effective from September 1, 2015, through December 31, 2016.
