Monticello, UT Office and related space

The National Operations Center, under the Department of the Interior and the Bureau of Land Management, is pursuing a lease extension for the Monticello Field Office located at 450 North Main St, Monticello, Utah. This action, identified by solicitation number L08PL00469 and NAICS code 531110, involves 10,362 rentable square feet of office and related space. While initial descriptions noted a 36-month extension, the formal justification seeks a total extension of 60 months, consisting of a 12-month firm period ending July 6, 2029. This procurement is being conducted as a non-competitive process under a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition, citing 41 U.S.C. section 3304 and GSAM 570.405. The decision to extend with the incumbent lessor follows a market survey and pre-solicitation notice that failed to identify any other qualified sources or suitable facilities available in the area. The administrative point of contact for this action is Malia Hanula.

The U.S. Government Bureau of Land Management is seeking to lease 3,830 square feet of contiguous office space within the city limits of Gunnison, Colorado, to replace an expiring lease.
