MCC Intends to Award Sole Source Contract

Safer Access LTD, a foreign vendor, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, which permits contracting without competition when only one responsible source is available to fulfill the agency's requirements. This procurement action does not solicit offers or proposals, and none will be evaluated, indicating that MCC has determined this vendor uniquely meets its needs for this contract. The contract, identified by solicitation number 95332423C0001 and posted on October 19, 2022, falls under the NAICS code 541690, which pertains to other scientific and technical consulting services. The contract is managed by MCC’s office in Washington, DC. Key contacts include Contract Specialist Raymond Staniewski and Contracting Officer Maxwell Sarpong, who can be reached via provided email addresses for any inquiries related to the acquisition.
