Notice of Intent to Sole Source - iDataFlow

The Social Security Administration (SSA) plans to enter into sole source negotiations with NewLineNOOSH, Inc. for maintenance and technical support services related to the Interactive Data Flow Print Software package. This proprietary software was specifically designed to meet SSA's requirements, and NewLineNOOSH is the exclusive provider of support, with no authorized resellers available. The support contract is expected to last for 12 months and include updates, bug fixes, workflow and report maintenance, as well as 24/7 telephone technical assistance. Services will be performed at SSA headquarters, and the Government anticipates issuing a firm fixed price purchase order. Although SSA intends to negotiate solely with NewLineNOOSH under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b), interested parties who believe they can fulfill the support requirements are invited to submit capability statements. These submissions will be used solely to determine if a competitive procurement might be warranted; the notice does not constitute a solicitation or a request for quotations, and no compensation will be provided for information submitted. The Government maintains discretion over whether to proceed with competition, and if no suitable responses are received, SSA will proceed with sole source negotiations. All communications must be submitted in writing to Scott Marko at the provided SSA email address, with no telephone inquiries accepted.
