Off Center Lodging April through September 2024

Solicitation 70LGLY24QGLB00015, issued by the Department of Homeland Security's FLETC Glynco Operations, establishes a requirement for off-center student lodging in Georgia. The government estimated a need for 5,100 rooms between April 2024 and September 30, 2024, with the specific number of rooms, arrival dates, and departure dates subject to change based on class registration and government needs. This procurement was designated as a 100 percent small business set-aside with geographical restrictions requiring facilities to be within 40 driving miles of FLETC Glynco. The acquisition process included a question and answer period that concluded on March 6, 2024, with a final response deadline of March 13, 2024. Due to the nature of the student arrivals, the government anticipated making multiple awards. Subsequent notifications posted between May and August 2024 confirmed that all lodging requirements for the respective months of June through September had been successfully placed.
