Salvage Vehicle Removal

The ATF is establishing multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreements for the procurement of salvage cars and motorcycles to be used in explosives training demonstrations at the ATF National Academy in Glynco, Georgia. The agreement covers a performance period from August 26, 2019, through August 25, 2024, with a total not to exceed amount of 250,000 dollars. Over the life of the agreement, the agency anticipates requiring 250 sedans and 50 motorcycles, which will be ordered on an as-needed basis. To be eligible, contractors must be located within a 10-mile radius of the facility and must be registered in the System for Award Management with a Dun and Bradstreet number under NAICS code 488410. All provided vehicles must be environmentally friendly, meaning they must be drained of all fluids including oil, gas, antifreeze, and power steering fluid, and must be free of excess debris. Sedans must have four inflated tires, while motorcycles must have two. The selected contractors are responsible for the delivery and pickup of these vehicles. As this is a Blanket Purchase Agreement rather than a standard contract, there are no guaranteed minimum or maximum quantities, and the ATF reserves the right to compete orders among all selected vendors.
