Solomon Adeyemo

Solomon Adeyemo serves as a Contract Specialist at the U.S. Army’s Engineering Support Center in Huntsville, where he plays a pivotal role in executing mission-critical acquisitions that sustain military infrastructure and operational readiness. He manages the full lifecycle of procurement actions for engineering, environmental remediation, and IT systems design services, ensuring compliance with federal acquisition regulations and Army-specific directives. His work directly supports the agency’s strategic priorities in facility modernization, resilience enhancement, and mission-enabling logistics, with a focus on delivering technically sound, timely, and cost-effective solutions to Army installations nationwide and overseas. Adeyemo maintains consistent working relationships with a core group of experienced contractors, including AMD International Technologies LLC, Constellation NewEnergy, Inc., MSL Housekeeping Services LLC, Boh Environmental, L.L.C., and Hydrogeologic, Inc. These partnerships reflect a preference for vendors with proven expertise in environmental compliance, energy efficiency, facility maintenance, and geotechnical engineering. His contracting approach emphasizes performance-based outcomes, long-term vendor reliability, and technical alignment with Army operational requirements, fostering collaborative, results-driven relationships grounded in accountability and regulatory adherence. Adeyemo’s procurement portfolio reflects a strong emphasis on full and open competition, with 100% of his acquisitions conducted without socioeconomic set-asides. While he does not routinely utilize 8(a), HUBZone, or SDVOSB programs, his contracting decisions prioritize technical capability, past performance, and mission alignment over socioeconomic categorization, ensuring that the most qualified firms deliver essential services without artificial constraints. His primary procurement focus lies in NAICS 562910 (Remediation Services), 541512 (Computer Systems Design Services), and 541330 (Engineering Services), each accounting for nearly equal shares of his portfolio, alongside 238910 (Site Preparation Contractors). He routinely procures environmental cleanup solutions, facility engineering design, IT infrastructure modernization, and site development services, demonstrating deep domain expertise in defense-related civil works, environmental compliance, and mission-critical facility sustainment.
