Cleaning & Maintenance for Bullet Traps & Water Tanks at Fire ranges

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is seeking contractors to provide cleaning and maintenance services for bullet traps and water tanks at four designated fire range locations: Atlanta, Georgia; San Francisco, California; Ammendale, Maryland; and Martinsburg, West Virginia. Each location has a unique system for bullet traps or water tanks, requiring site visits to be conducted at all four facilities for vendors to be eligible to submit quotes. Vendors must coordinate their site visits by emailing the designated point of contact and including the desired location, date, and time. Failure to attend all site visits will disqualify the vendor from consideration. This opportunity is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 562910 for environmental remediation services. The contract will be awarded for a base period of one year with the option to extend for an additional four years. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted via email to the contracting officer, who will distribute answers to all potential vendors. The contract encourages small businesses to partner collaboratively to enhance competitiveness and fulfill the requirements stated. Coordination and communication with the Contracting Officer, Tabitha M. Wheeler, are critical throughout this process.
