The Virginia Contracting Activity, representing the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Missile and Space Intelligence Center, plans to award a firm-fixed price purchase order to Osprey Point Leadership Center for hosting five four-day senior analytic management conference sessions in 2008. These sessions will accommodate 20 to 25 attendees each and require a remote, reasonably priced conference center near the Washington, DC metropolitan area that offers lodging, meals, and meeting facilities in a comfortable, isolated environment conducive to intensive learning. Proposals for this requirement are to be submitted via fax or email directly to Major Terry Aiken at the Missile and Space Intelligence Center. Contractual inquiries should also be directed to Major Aiken.
