Address Geocoding & Parcel Polygon Data

Request for Quotation RFQ-000639 is a solicitation for the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Special Technologies and Application Office to acquire address geocoding and parcel polygon data for the United States. The selected vendor must provide data in ESRI shapefile format delivered via external media, featuring specific attributes including parcel geometry, address details, coordinates, and identification data. The contract requires the data to be licensed in perpetuity and refreshed annually. The procurement structure consists of a base year with four one-year options, with an anticipated start date of July 5, 2010. Proposals are evaluated based on technical capability, past performance, and price, with technical and past performance weighted more heavily than cost. To be considered responsive, bidders must provide past performance references for three similar contracts and agree to all delivery and licensing requirements. Submissions must be delivered in hard copy to the FBI office in Chantilly, Virginia. The government reserves the right to make multiple awards and may award the contract without further discussions.
