36--Clear Creek Spawning Gravel

Solicitation R16PS00724 was issued by the Department of the Interior, specifically the Bureau of Reclamation Mid-Pacific Region, for the procurement of spawning gravel for Clear Creek in Shasta County, California. The project involves the supply and placement of gravel across multiple designated sites to support environmental efforts. While the initial request called for 15,000 tons of gravel across seven areas, Amendment 000001 revised the total requirement to 12,000 tons for delivery and injection into six specific sites, removing the Task G6 requirement for the Phase 3B Root Wads Site. The contract requires all costs associated with the Performance Work Statement, including job inspection and documentation, to be integrated into the unit price per ton. The revised pricing schedule includes tasks 6A through 6F, with a final delivery deadline of September 30, 2016. Administrative oversight for the solicitation was managed by Contract Specialist Jim Gantar and Contracting Officer Tracy Tenholder out of the Denver Federal Center.
