Introducing Automation: Workflows Are Here (Beta) ⚡
Build multi-step automations that fire on real events in your account — new contract matches, pipeline changes, and more — with AI steps, Slack notifications, and email alerts.

This is a big one. We've shipped Automation — a new section in the sidebar that brings Workflows and Prompt Library together under one roof. It's in beta, but it's live and ready to use today.
What's New
You'll find Automation in the left sidebar under the Zap icon. Inside, you'll find:
- Workflows — build multi-step automations that trigger on real events in your account
- Prompt Library — save and reuse your best prompts across the platform
Workflows is the headline feature here. It lets you connect events that happen in CLEATUS to actions — AI processing, notifications, pipeline updates — without writing any code.
How It Works
Set a trigger
Start with an event that kicks off your workflow. Right now you can trigger on:
- New contract recommendations that match your Capture Profile
- Other account events (more triggers coming soon)
Chain your steps
Build a sequence of actions:
- AI Agent — give the AI a task using the matched contract as context (summarize it, score it, extract key info)
- AI Extract — pull structured data from the contract into fields you define
- Send Notification — push an alert to Slack or email with custom message content
Let it run
Once your workflow is active, it fires automatically whenever the trigger condition is met. No manual intervention needed.
Why It Matters
Right now, keeping up with new opportunities means checking CLEATUS regularly or relying on email digests. Workflows let you define exactly what should happen when a new match comes in — and make it happen automatically. That's the difference between reacting to opportunities and having a system that surfaces and routes them for you.
Get Started
Open the Automation section in your sidebar (Zap icon) and create your first workflow. Start with something simple — a notification trigger for new recommendations — and build from there.
This is beta, so expect rough edges and rapid improvements. Feedback welcome.
Happy hunting! 🎯
