We've been building toward this for a while. Proposal Lab is now live in beta — a fully agentic proposal writer that does the heavy lifting of researching, drafting, and refining a proposal package for you.
What's New
Proposal Lab is a new mode in the Proposals section — find it at Proposals → New Proposal → Proposal Lab.
Unlike the previous proposal writer, Proposal Lab is fully agentic. You give it the RFP or contract details, and it takes it from there — pulling in relevant context, writing sections, and iterating based on your feedback.
How It Works
Autonomous research and drafting
The agent reads the solicitation, identifies the key requirements, and drafts a full proposal package. It works section by section, building out the narrative while keeping track of what it's done.
Full proposal package output
Proposal Lab produces complete, multi-file deliverables — not just a single document. You get:
- A structured proposal with all required sections
- Tables where the SOW calls for them
- Word count tracking against any specified limits
AI-assisted editing
Once the draft is in, you can work alongside the agent to refine it. Ask it to rewrite a section, strengthen the technical approach, or adjust the tone — it edits in context without losing the thread.
Export-ready
Proposals export to PDF and DOCX with proper formatting, so what goes out the door looks professional.
