One CLEATUS agent, available everywhere in the app π
We've unified all in-app chats into a single floating agent β the same powerful assistant from the home dashboard, now accessible on every page.

Hey everyone! This is a big one. We've just shipped the unified CLEATUS agent β one consistent chat experience, available on every page in the app. The "which chat do I use for this?" question is officially gone.
What's New
Every separate chat surface in the app β contract chat, pursuit chat, workflow editor chat, government pages chat, and contract search's AI mode β has been replaced by the unified CLEATUS agent. It's the same full-toolkit assistant you know from the home dashboard, now accessible everywhere as a floating button at the bottom right of every page.
How It Works
One agent, everywhere
- A floating pill appears at the bottom right of every page in CLEATUS
- Click it to open a compact chat, or expand it into a full sidebar that pushes the page content aside β great for longer research sessions
- On pages that previously had their own dedicated chat (contract detail, pursuit, workflow editor), the sidebar opens automatically so you don't lose any affordance
The same full tool set, no compromises
- Everything the home agent can do is available everywhere: contract search, document reading, pipeline management, task management, workflow creation, and market research
- No feature gaps between surfaces β ask about a contract on the contract page, update a pursuit on the pursuit page, or kick off a workflow from anywhere
- No more copying context from one chat into another
Your history comes with you
- Previous conversations from the old in-context chats are preserved
- They appear in the history dropdown grouped by where they happened β "On this contract", "On this workflow", and so on β so you can pick up exactly where you left off
One exception: Proposal Lab
- The proposal writer (Proposal Lab) keeps its own dedicated chat for now β it has a focused, proposal-specific tool set that works best in context
- Everything else is unified
Why It Matters
Having a different chat on every page sounds convenient in theory, but in practice it created friction: each surface had slightly different capabilities, conversations didn't carry over, and users had to remember which chat to use for which task. Unifying everything means you get the most capable version of the assistant no matter where you are in the app β no guessing, no workarounds, no switching screens to ask a question. The assistant follows you through your workflow instead of the other way around.
Get Started
No action needed β the unified agent is live for all users today. Look for the floating button at the bottom right of any page in your CLEATUS dashboard. Expand it into a sidebar for longer sessions, or keep it compact while you work. Try starting a conversation on a contract page and then continuing it from your pipeline β it all lives in one history now.
